Thank you to everyone! I really didn't expect this kind of response.

Wow.  Shocked Thanks!

What a great bag! I bet your friend is super pleased.

Embarrassed I don't know. I haven't given it to her yet.

This turned out really great! It's a perfect synthesis of design and functionality. I'm sure that she'll get plenty of compliments at every shoot, as well as years of wear from your bag. I'd love to see more photos... maybe your photographer friend can get some action shots with all her gear loaded up?

I'll ask her for some action shots Smiley

For me, this bag is phenomenal. I am totally psyched that you posted this. It is awfully nice of you to disclose the tip about the foam you used. Your hard work and research certainly paid off well. This is quite a lovely bag and SO not boring! I love the tailored-like detail and the fabric is sweet! The feet? Awesomeness!

It is fantastic. I love the adjusting dividers inside. It looks sturdy and your stitching is very precise.

I was *this* close to buying that fabric at Joann's a while back! The bag is super cute, and I agree that photographers need more than just plain ol' black bags! You'd think as creative as photographers are some of the bigger manufacturers would see that colorful/printed bags would take off.

My bag is pretty boring and I'd love it if I had time to make myself one of these! Great job!

I'm so impressed! The bag came out great. I have a boring black camera bag too. Inspiring to say the least. Lucky friend.

Coming from a photographer, that would be a really awesome bag to put my camera in! I'm surprised you got the padding on the inside so professional looking!!! Great job!

This is fabulous!
I'm a photographer as well and lament the plain black carry bag for my DSL no matter IF it's functional; a smaller sized, brightly coloured one like this would be much more inspirational!

Your friend is so lucky!
