So I just came up with the idea for this dress one night. I wasn't sure how it would turn out. I didn't serge and I barely pressed it. Now I wish that I would have because it turned out really cute. The collar and the sleeves will have to be modified a bit.

Oh! I first thought of a childhood fav.....Little Orphan Annie. It looks like Daddy Warbucks bought this! I just love it! She looks adorable wearing this.

For some reason, I thought of the girl from Dennis the Menace when I saw this.  I think it's the lowish waist and the white.  It's adorable!
