I eat to read on Craftster, but this is the first project I've ever posted!

This is a mobile for the new baby I'm having next month.  I bought a cheap, ugly, discontinued mobile at the local horrid baby-mart place, cut off the animals, covered it in fabric to match the new guy's handmade bedding, then needle-felted little animals to attach.  It was a little tricky to get the weights right (I had to felt two pennies onto the abdomen of the skunk) but I like the way it turned out.   Smiley

Adorable! Redoing a mobile is a great idea! I might have to do one for my little one.

Well, it's actually about two feet away, so I guess I do get to enjoy it too.  Wink
