I am fairly new to felting, but I had optained some wool sweater scraps at a fiber event, and I thought it would be fun to use them in a project.  I decided to use some of them to embellish (and cover the hole) in a vintage sweater.

Pretty basic concept.... just needle felt the circles onto selected parts of the wool sweater, and needle felt additional pieces as well.  Then added a few french knots for a detail trim...

This was a gift for my mother, and she really liked the result!
