I don't know if anyone here has bought the complete series of Battlestar on DVD, but the packaging really sucks. Picture of what I am talking about.

Those things that hold each individual season don't have actual disc holders inside, it's more like an acordian folded piece of black shiny cardstock, and each dvd sits in one of the folds. Of course, this means it is really hard to take out a disc without risking scratching it. One of mine was damaged during shipping because of it.

I'm trying to think of ways to make better holders that will still fit in the outside envelopes, cause the box is pretty cool. The inside dimensions of the boxes for each season are 4.75"Wx6.75"Hx0.75"D

I've had a few ideas about using those stick on CD envelopes, but since the dimensions are a hair wider than an actual cd, a lot of those stick on envelopes are too large. I also just had the thoght of cutting down one of those slim dvd cases to the right dimensions, then trying to figure how to make a book out of those, but I'm thinking with 6-7 dvds per season, it would be to thick for the 0.75" depth.

In short, I'm stuck.
