I just wanted to say how impressed I've been with the projects you guys are working on.  I thought I was the only one who was still interested in cross-stitching.  The hobby seems so old and the patterns in the stores don't help.  I bought the PCStitch program back in April with my tax refund and have finished one or two small projects with it.  Now I'm on my first mega project (20 x 30 inches) which was partially inspired by this forum.

For the basis, I made it with 75 colors (not quite as many as it seems as there are so many colored sections).  I've finished a good portion of the center (the letter R) and am working on Roger to the Left.  Once I have that section completed, I'll upload a progress.

Let me know what you guys think!

Woah, I just found this thread, and you guys are amazing!  I just started a big project after having not touched cross stitch since... sometime pre-high school, I think Smiley  Anyway, here's the pretty lady I'm working on- she's 126x166 stitches on 14ct white aida:

I've only just started, but I'll be posting pictures as I go along!  It's good to have company, since this might be a long, long term project Smiley

WOW!!! That's amazing!

What's next on your stitching list?

I won't be starting a new big one for a bit now. I think 2 huge projects in a year is enough!!

I must start working on my sons Scott Pilgrim game sprite sampler and my hubby wants the Dexter Logo done too.
I want them completed for christmas presents-- I will only be able to work on them when they are not around!! Smiley It shouldn't take long to complete both projects at all!!
