I've been home for winter break for more than a month...and due to lack of money, I have been spending my time making gifts for people. One of which is a Demoman from Team Fortress.

I have spent...SO much time on this project...it has been very stressful.

Here is the finish product in his cap

and because (if you are familiar with the game) there are multiple hats you can put on your characters, I decided it would be absolutely hilarious to make him an afro.

I had to find a mushroom pattern and modify it to make it into a hat.

Then I decided to play around with him a bit and added a few details. One, the smiley face under his clothes (again if anyone is familiar with the game) that he shows when he taunts another player

aaaaaand finally, just for laughs, I put something under the eyepatch....and what is better than a CYBORG EYE!!!

And just for fun, here are some progress shots

I was planning on making him a bottle of whiskey or rum or whatever it is, but I couldn't figure out how to make it correctly. Anyway, thank you for looking!!

I don't know anything about the game, but the doll is adorable!  I love how you made the face, is that fabric paint?

Thank you!

It's just fabric paints and acrylics actually. They're so easy to work with...I love it. I use them on all of my plushies.
