Some time ago, I saw a door wreath like this on a crafting blog and I liked it so much, it stayed in my mind.
Now I finally came round to make one in winter colors for my door.
As much as I would like to give credit to the person I got the idea from, I can't find it anymore! Hers was in orange and red.
If anyone knows where I found it, please tell me, so I can insert a link.

The pompoms are just knotted to a straw wreath and I glued a bow with a little snowflake on it. So easy!

I just bookmarked this tutorial a week or so ago. http://bleubirdvintage.typepad.com/blog/2009/11/diy-pom-pom-wreath.html I originally found it on Curbly.com.

Yes - that was it! Thank you! Hers is so neat - mine looks really fuzzy compared to it!  Grin

Might be the type of yarn you used or how full you made the ball. I've only made pom poms once so far, and my Mom was making some too at the time (for luggage identification) and Mom's were much fuller than mine. I want to make one of these wreaths for Halloween and a Christmas-y/Winter theamed one for next year. We're about to move into our first house, so I'm happy to have a door to hang it on. =D
