This patch I made by sewing 5 layers of sheer white fabric on brightly colored felt. Then I sewed in the pattern of the koi and it's scales. And cut out the layers in between the sewinglines. In some places I cut out all the layers and in some places between 2 and 4 layers for the gradation of colors. I want to use it on something, but I haven't have any ideas yet.
