This is very pretty.  How did you teach yourself to do this...internet or book?

 I used the tutorial at http://minisweethearts.blogspot.com/2008_10_01_archive.html for the flowers. I kinda figured myself the way to arrange them.

I love this!  We have been going to a chinese restauraant for some time, and the lady has thins similar to these hanging all over.  They are made of ribbon and are sorta like mobiles, and are just stunning.  Everytime i ask she REFUSES to tell me what they are.  now i have at least some idea of how to make them!  Thanks!!!
