Wide elastic - where to buy?

I'd really like to find some wide elastic - about 2 inches or more wide - to use for skirt and dress waistbands.  Not the kind you put in a casing, the kind you sew straight onto the fabric.  Does anyone know of a good place online to buy this, especially in a variety of colors?  Thanks!

I've seen 2" wide (and wider) elastic at tutu.com.  Looks like they only have it for sale by the roll though--it's about halfway down the page, look for "Extra-Wide Flat Elastic (Banding)."
