I started with a plain too-big teeshirt, and then resized it and v-neck-ified it. then i made masking tape sheets on overhead transparency paper. then, i cut out letters, peeled them and stuck 'em on to the teeshirt. all i needed then was some silver spray paint from Lowe's, and that was that!

Yeah I tried that the first time - i didn't realize the aerosol can would be so blow-y!

fun!  I would be afraid of them being too stiff, though.  Is that a problem?

They're a little stiff, but not unwearable. I think after (attempting) to heat set it and then running it through the dryer, it got better.
