I was definately spoiled and it was a nice feeling. It's a very rare occasion in  my life when some spols me.  Smiley

Okay, like I said before I was completely spoiled by travelgirl. She stalked me good! Sorry for the crappy pics, but here goes!

Here's most of the loot:

Lots of chocolate and coffee (including coffee from K-State, where she goes to school), cute owl mug that I LOVE and can't wait to drink from tomorrow. Marley (my DD) asked if she could have cocoa in it, and I'm the meanest mama ever cause I told her no.  Grin It's so funny, because I actually picked up those owl dish towels at Target the other day, and put them down because I didn't really NEED them, but now I got them anyway! Also, two coffee cozies. One says "death before decaf" (she def. stalked my wist for that one)

and this knit one, with cabled owls! I love the cabled owls, and I just don't get to concentrate on my kitting enough to do them.

Sorry for the shadowy pic, I wanted to get close enough to show the detail, but then my camera casts a shadow.  Sad

cute apron, with fab owl fabric. Can you tell she picked up on my love of owlies? I should try to get a better pic of the fabric so you all can see it better.

super cute cowl. I've been wanting one for sooooo long - it's perfect for the weather we're having right now! Here's another one, with me wearing it up:

Here are the coffee cozies again, and a pic of a super cute zipper pouch made from zippers! I never would have thought of that! It had some cute little wooden woodland creature whimsies inside that will go into my whimsy jar.

And here's one more shot. I think it shows the mug and towels a little better.

Thanks so much, Laura! I love absolutely everything! Your package will be on it's way later this week, after I figure out what else I can add to make it just as spectacular!

I am so glad we where partnered.  You made this swap so easy and fun.
I am amazed by you with all the kiddos that you find time to craft so I knew spoliage must happen since you where putting the family on hold for me.

I can not believe you have never had an almond joy!

Thanks for all this nice commments and I am ready to do this swap again.

Dharma and playswithneedles both of you inspired me with my first ever swap  Postcard swap where I was a neebie to craftster.

Very nice package! All that owl stuff! I wish I could have found owl things for my partner. This is the down side of living in a small village. Sad Everything you were sent was fab!

quaggy,

You are seriouisly the sweetest gal I know!  Wink

With so much going on around here ( i'm a homeschooler too so I NEVER have a free moment!) I need to take a few mental health breaks from time to time. lol I would like to be able to craft more often, though. I have a list of projects I'd like to try. Eventually the little ones will be able to entertain themselves more often.  Cheesy

Here are the Awesome things that I received from Stitch 81

i love the fingerless gloves...actually using them now

i got these awesome magnets.....my favorite is David Bowie!!!   This will look great with Daughters avant garde art work on fridge.   I got 11 in total...hard to shoot these little suckers they kept wanting to stick together...lol

I also received 4 laminated bookmarkers!   Which is great for me currently using reading glasses to mark my place in Harry Potter book...I am on 4 right now and it is 800 pgs...so glasses do not work so well...perfect timing Stitch 81!!1

Last but not least The drinks...some cool teas....and chocolate, chocolate and chocolate.....for the addict in me....you can also see mug closer here.....it is very large and has skull with houndstooth pattern..it ROCKS!....Stitch 81 really out did herself here...
I am a lucky gal...it was definately better than Christmas..how can ya go wrong with Chocolate and Skulls.....Thanks again Stich for all of your hard work
