I'm sorry, I'm not able to get the measurements. I don't have a pair of my own right now. But you could always add more rounds either before you begin increasing for the thumb gusset, or after the thumb gusset. You could also make the ribbing longer than four rounds. It helps to try them on while they're still on the DPNs to see how much more length you need.

I've had a set of DPNs in my craft box begging me to try them out for a few months....I think I've found my project!

I made the first one yesterday, it's not perfect but I'm happy with it!
I'm not a knitter (I prefer my hooked sticks....) but I found the pattern pretty easy to follow, which is great since I've never attempted to use DPNs before!
Making the second today, so I will post a picture when I'm done.

Also, in case anyone else is in the same boat as me and new to DPNs, I found this tutorial really helpful:
