Okay, I got it in my head to crochet a Yoda hut for my daughter's Star Wars figures.

I didn't have a pattern, I just improvised!

His house was temporarily transported from Dagobah to Hoth in this photo.

Obi-Wan has to stand in for Luke, because we don't have a Luke action figure.

I left a little flap in the back so you can use it like a dollhouse--- Keep in mind, though, it is NOT a dollhouse, it's for ACTION FIGURES, not dolls!!  Wink

Lastly, I tried to take a picture to look like this one of his house:

Awesomeness!  Did you crochet 3 pieces in the round?  My son & husband would love this!

Yes!  Three pieces in the round!

I crocheted a flat round piece for the bottom.

Then, for the hut, I started at the top with four sc and went around, increasing when I thought I should.

The tree: I also started at the top with  maybe 18 sc, and when I had the trunk the height I wanted, I stopped having it be in the round and went back and forth, decreasing at the end of each row to make it angle properly to fit the hut.

This is fantastic!  I have hit 'this rocks'!  I am in the process of trying to knit a yoda in the round and am finding it difficult, maybe crochet would be the way to go, if I actually had some skill in that area!  And it is so great to hear of kids who appreciate homemade stuff - my nephews are the same Smiley  Go you!
