Awesomeness!  Did you crochet 3 pieces in the round?  My son & husband would love this!

Yes!  Three pieces in the round!

I crocheted a flat round piece for the bottom.

Then, for the hut, I started at the top with four sc and went around, increasing when I thought I should.

The tree: I also started at the top with  maybe 18 sc, and when I had the trunk the height I wanted, I stopped having it be in the round and went back and forth, decreasing at the end of each row to make it angle properly to fit the hut.

Thanks!  I can crochet in the round fairly well, but have trouble with flat crochet.  My family is in love with this, and I might need to wing one soon Wink  Have also thought of figuring out the Millenium Falcon when I have a few free days together.  Thank you for inspiring me!

YAAAAAYYYYYY!!! I love this so much! (I haven't been able to be crafty at ALL since starting dental school last fall, and I rarely even get to visit Craftster anymore (it breaks my heart to think of all the awesomeness that I'm missing out on). This is so inspiring! Thank you for reminding me that school isn't everything.  Smiley)

Awesome, this is!!!
Search your feelings. You know it to be true.

Also, your daughter sounds so cool. The force runs strong in your family.
