I missed getting to the post office yesterday, but I'll be mailing tomorrow. Smiley

Wow!  You're way ahead of me.  My OTT for you is coming along slowly but nicely.  I'm doing much better with your item than the stuff for the Frugal Swap - nothing I make seems to be turning out right.   Tongue Tongue

i'm not worried about it getting stopped or searched at the border.  i am perhaps a wee bit leery of the 'professionals' who claim to 'work' for our postal system somedays... i figure it should be 8-10 days or so.  sometimes they surprise tho....

i have shipped.  let the swap anxiety settle in whilst the tiny package trucks it's way to the border.

I've never had problems with packages making it to my Canadian swap partner either.  It does take twice as long as it should in my experience though.

Alright! I know for sure what I'm making now and it shouldn't take horribly long to do. My goal: To have gerbilgal's swap item mailed out by Thursday. Smiley

I am really hoping to get into the fabrication lab this week to complete my OTT.  The lab was closed last week due to the President's visit to the college.

It's sent, it's sent, it's on it's way!
Hope it doesn't take too long to get all the way from Scotland.

It's Burns Night tonight and we're having haggis, neeps and tatties for dinner, followed by a couple of drams of good single malt whisky, mmmm...tasty!
So I'll raise my glass to you my fellow swappers and wish you all "Lang may yer lum reek!"  Grin

I notice that a few people haven't posted on the board since partners were assigned and this always has me concerned.  So, just for my peace of mind and so I know you are all still around and crafting, WOULD EVERYONE THAT HASN'T POSTED IN THE LAST FEW DAYS, PLEASE POST SOMETHING BY TOMORROW NIGHT, even just a hi will work.

I'm going to go through the posts on Wednesday morning and those that we haven't heard from will get a PM from me  Grin

I had planned to make my OTT this weekend, but had two other large projects to finish up first.  I have my supplies and will definitely have it done this week and shipped out on time.  Smiley

I sent today. The poor woman at the post office was crabby. Then I think I made her more crabby by being happy.
