I found a "backstreet boys" spiral notebook in my old stuff, and I was excited because it hadn't been written in! The cover would not do, though, so I removed the wire and changed it into a pretty distressed journal. Tongue

The back:

And After I finished, I realized I'd made it so the paper was upside-down! Oops! I don't mind, though. Here's a view of that, and how I aged the edges of the pages.

Sorry about the mediocre pictures, I'm still getting used to my new camera. :]
Also, I didn't take the pictures two years ago...I'm gonna need to set the date on the camera. XD

that is a beautiful cover! I love taking old notebooks and revamping them!

The cover is regular copy paper that I aged using ink (Distress Ink color "vintage photo") and on the spine is burlap. I wish I'd had some fabric glue or something on hand; the burlap did not like my e6000.

very cool

i love personal swaps. i'm looking to swap my art or paper crafts for some re-usable fabric snack bags, fabric sandwich wraps, fabric paper towels, glass pendants, ephemera, or art books.
