this assignment was sprung on us today...
48 hours of work time, 48 inches dimensionally, with 48 materials.
its nearly the end of the semester and i'm about drained.
any helpful suggestions?

48 inches total - length + height + width?

That wouldn't be an especially large sculpture..

It's finding 48 different materials that will be the challenge.

I suggest searching images in "mixed media sculpture" and see what inspires.

48 inches high.
and gathering materials is the tricky part...
i dont want it to look too cluttered or thrown together.
i did finally get an idea. i'm doing a piece on physical and emotional purging. two pieces that work together as one.
should be interesting, and a challenge!
