I just cut a t-shirt into 20 4 by 4 inch squares and sewed them down corner to corner.

fun and quick project isn't it? I just made three, t-shirt material, ultrasuede, and then fleece... the t-shirt and fleece are much better than the ultrasuede Smiley

Cute scarf! Sounds so easy (well, except for the cutting... I need a new rotary cutting blade!)
