playswithneedles, your Edwardian Fancy looks great! It'll go nicely with my Fudge block, which I finished up this morning. Wink I had to head out to return the book once I was done, among other things, and I just got in, so no photo yet!

zombiecazz, I'm so behind on a bunch of CALs, that I'll still be working on them well into next year! I'm just not joining any new ones... at least that's the plan Wink

Thanks! And here's my Sunray:

I forgot that I wanted to try the bonus Sunflower Square, so I'm going to do that one before Fudge.

i was going to go out this morning and get more yarn, but the autumn-y weather has just arrived and it's chucking it down and blowing a gale, so i'm staying in, getting a little twitchy, but i have some D&D characters to make (v3.5) and if i have to crochet i started doing a square so i may work on that

i did a sunray, got 3 more balls of creamy yarn, so i don't have any excuse to not work on my squares
gonna get my boyfriend to hook the wii back up (i know how to, and can do it at mam's, just here i'm afraid to touch the cables incase the tv stops working, we have some fairly temperamental electronics in that corner) so then i can get my mario on for a bit, and crochet for a bit each day and then i'll be happy
also, my friend is america has just announced that she's preggers for the 2nd time so i want to make a baby blanket for the newcomer (either from the book or a starghan, undecided as yet) but i'll have to make a "Congratulations on being a Big Brother" gift too, dunno what that should be, you crafty gals got any ideas?

I've posted the new squares for October - #74 Seville and a nice little 6# square called Bess's Lace.

I'm sorry this thread hasn't been very active, I've fallen behind! I'll be retiring this CAL at the end of the year, if anyone wants to take it over let me know!

I'm a little behind too as I was busy with swaps, but I've only got one left so I should be able to catch up.

Yay! I'll have to see if the library is open today so I can run out and grab the book! I was just out that way this morning, and didn't even think to check... bummer... it closed about 20 minutes ago! Guess I'll try to head over there on Monday after my meeting.
