Hi guys,

Just thought id share some knitting graffiti with you all...

KNIT THE CITY have been wrapping london in wholly goodness this year.  There are 7 members from all over london, who were all dragged into the Knit the city bunker and taught the way of the yarnstorm through gruelling tests and trials.  You can follow them on twitter (@knitthecity) and here is their site:
Knitthecity.com

Most of the yarn corps also have their own sites too:

Heres a few snapshots of pieces they've done:

Love it! Are they still up or did some jobsworth take them down straight away?

Both of them were stolen within 24 hours  Undecided  but they hoepfully live on on peoples window sills, out of the cold!

I've seen this! It's so cute! I heard about this sort of thing through a group called Knitta Please, which is another knitted graffiti group. It's so cute to see pictures of street lamp cozies, little mini-sweaters for those trees along the sidewalk, etc. So cool, it makes me wish I lived somewhere where I could more easily do something like that.
