I thought about this and decided you were right, sideways stockinette would look kinda funny Roll Eyes So I decided to do just the sleeves in stockinette and the back in garter. So far it looks good! Thanks for pointing that out!

you told me this now? lol! i already started and it is in stockinette stitch! well, already the yarn is very very cheap ass acrylic... we will see! Cheesy

Haha! i think i have that exact same dress in orange! does it have little ties on the straps? thats weird...i bought mine at some $5 store and i love it to pieces!

I finished this shrug and it turned out great! I did the sleeves in stockinette and the back in the drop stitch pattern. I think I used Lion Brand baby yarn or something, in this really pretty cornflower blue color. It's a little tight around the arms (I also did some ribbing around the sleeves), but that doesn't bother me- I like it nice and tight so it won't slip around. I'll try to post a picture soon! Thanks for the great pattern, vysews!
