These are so great! Do you apply the wax with a (now dedicated) brush? I really need to bust out my wax and give this a try.

I love them. I've been wondering about the technique you use to do this.

I have a brush that I dedicated to wax. I start a white candle I have burning and let it form a good size pool. This particular candle works well. I think soy candles would work great. I then just brush on the wax and shine it with an old piece of panty hose after it is good and dry. It buffs out the cloudiness and makes it shine. I also have one of those wax tart burners that I'm going to try when this candle runs out!

My sister makes candles so I'm going to ask her to make an un scented/colored one for this.

Good idea Audio! The one I have is uncolored and unscented that I got at walmart. I may have another in the cupboard. I think scented wax would be fun as long as the person getting atc doesn't have any problems with it.
