No prob! Thats why I love it too! The other cool thing is the quilt motif patterns give a couple suggestions on how to arrange them! Its by far one of my faves for sure right now!

This swap is VEEERRRRRY tempting.  I'm supposed to be staying away from swaps for awhile because I have other stuff going on.  But just sounds...  so easy....  and fun.  And it could work so well with the Granny's Daughter's swap I did a while back.  I have to think on this one since I have a week or so before sign-ups close.

I am so, so, so tempted to join this! The crocheting would go quickly... It's easy enough on the hands if I don't go too small... And after looking at those links and looking up Antonina on Ralvary I am SO inspired. I mean, I can already picture what I want to make! But do I really have time

That red, grey and black afghan was what inspired the very first motif swap! While I don't have any color theme for the current planned blanket, I may develop a plan and make another one in the future (provided I can manage to figure out the joining ).

And, lisaredd, the motifs go pretty quickly, and if you only take one partner, you should be able to do it. I always end up making a set for myself as I make them for my partner(s). I consider it the "practice" motif. Once I've done it once, the second one is even quicker. And, I also get my motif collection built up that much quicker

I did it.  I gave up!  I sent my information in!  yay!     And a lot of my insanity will end on February 12 when the play is over so even if I have to wait until then, I can whip out the motifs in 10 days and get them sent because it will be therapy and stress relief!  But I probably won't be able to stand it and they'll be finished on before then.

Grrrr at myself.  I didn't think to put favorite colors in my questionaire.  Even though none of my current blankets have a color scheme I do have colors I like...  greens, blues, purples, black, teal.  Oh well - when partners are decided I'll worry about that!
