Sent in my questionnaire too!!! I love looking for patterns on Ravelry!! I wouldn't mind some smaller motifs playswithneedles! They could be perfect additions to purses and things so if you do need another person to pair with her MareMare I would I could even make up a couple thread ones. I have some cotton (in like a brown not sure the exact thickness) that I would love to find a use for with the little hooks I was given recently!

Okay, I think this is completely cool, but I've got a question. I haven't crocheted too much. I'm good at it, I just do a million different crafts. What do you do with your motifs? Does anyone have any pictures of what they constructed with their motifs from the previous round?

I'm slowly going to collect enough to make a lap blanket! Any small ones I think I will use for embellishment on things! There's so many possibilities for them.... really big ones or even a bunch of smalls ones could even become a throw pillow!

I'm just going to wing it! They are all such different shapes so kinda have to! The other ladies have so many more they might be able to give you an idea how to go about it! It will look really neat though to see all the different shapes together!

goodmorningstarshin e - I was talking about this the other day with craftADDchick. I read something on ravelry when I was surfing over there. I ran across a member, I think her name was Antonina. She uses crocheted motifs out of thread to make beautiful clothing. She bastes or pins the motifs on muslin, in a design that is pleasing to the eye. Then she connects the motifs with crocheted chains. She then takes the basting out and removes the muslin. I plan on using my thread motifs to make a curtain in this manner. I imagine that she cuts the muslin into pattern pieces (before basting the motifs on) when making clothing, but I can't remember. And I'll be darned if I can find it again, even though I found her profile. Maybe it was on her flickr or blog or something.
