I bake a lot of cookies. A personal favorite are the "kitchen sink" cookies that I have been adding ingredients to over the years (they call them kitchen sink cookies because everything that could possibly be in them is in them... kind of like a kitchen sink, clever eh? heh, i didn't come up with it).  Grin  Cheesy
I use any basic Oatmeal cookie recipe and once all ingredients are in, here's some possible extra ingredients i have come up with:

raisins
craisins
coconut
walnuts
chocolate chips
white chocolate chips
oatmeal

things i have yet to try in them:
marshmellows
christilized ginger
dried cherry's
golden raisins
other nuts... almonds? peanuts?

Anywho... Do you have any other ideas for things to put in kitchen sink cookies?

Hey, just a note about using marshmallows in cookies:  If you just mix them in the batter like you would with chocolate chips, they melt and the cookies are a pain to get off of a baking sheet.  One good tip I have is to freeze the marshmallows before you use them, then as you form a cookie dough ball, stick the frozen marshmallow in the middle of the ball and *voila* when the cookies are done, you will bite into a marshmallow surprise!  Damn that sounded corny, oh well.
