Irina is a poor girl, but that does not stop her from believing that she is a queen.

She is my second prim-style doll.  I modified my previous pattern, making the head and body smaller.
She is sewn from muslin, then gessoed and painted with acrylic paints, and then sanded and aged with an antiquing gel.
The camera flash kinda washes out the distressing on her face and hands.

Her hair is mohair kid locks, glued to her scalp.

She is is jointed with vintage buttons at the shoulder and hip.
Her capelet is a bit of scrap wool blend held together with a teeny wee clothespin.
