I finished this quilt for my husband about 6 months after I started. This is the largest quilt I've tried so far. DH requested something blue and warm. He's been using it whenever he watches TV so I call it a success!

Whole thing:

The border is my favorite fabric in the quilt:

What a striking quilt!  I am partial to blues myself and that fave fabric really is beautiful.  Great job!

This is super stunning! I have also made a quilt in blues using triangles (the post is called "Something Blue" if you want to look at it) and your quilt really resonated with me!

awesome job! I love blue quilts.  I have some of that same blue map fabric that I found in a remnant bin. I've been having the hardest time deciding what to use it for.  I love that you used it in the border.

I like it!  This is the pattern I was planning on using for my next baby quilt... so I'm glad to see how well yours worked out.  The contrast is very good for this one, and it's very manly. =)
