flippin' sweet!  I totally want to make some from an old wool sweater I felted, just have to get the cheap shoes to put them on.

Well, since I was working with already shaped sleeves, I had to stretch them into the shape I desired. However, if you made them from scratch with fabric, you should just be able to stitch the shape you need. It might be a bit tougher turning them right side out again, but if it has SOME give, you might be ok... I dunno, let me know if you try it and it works!

Will do. Grin I actually just want something that vaguely resembles boots for medieval events. Not trying to be historically accurate, more fantasy medieval-esque, but I need something comfy and don't care to shell out for good boots at the moment Smiley

These are absolutely fantastic!

Great job!

Unfortunately for me, I'm pretty sure my feet are bigger than the top of the sleeve area of most sweaters.  Any suggestions for getting around this?
