Hi there! This is my first post :-)
I have seen those collars, very cute! I really don't think they will be hard to make. It looks like a piece of base fabric with a frill of lace and a button.
I think they are so pretty and different! Give it a go! :-D

I'm assuming this is the seller you're referring to? ee333 and these are the collars?  Victorian Pug Collar

But wow those are gorgeous. But they look like they could be easily hot glued/superglued/sewn onto average collars. I dont see how much harder it could to make.
