I've been explaining to Scruffy and Heather that I will need action shots when I post in this gallery.  They seem to understand but we'll see if they cooperate when the time comes.  I'll have to ship my grandkitties gifts to them but hopefully their mom will send me pics... they are hams and love to see the camera come out.

woohooo! butters is so happy!

astacruzsugar sent him the bestest package ever!

here is a shot of all of the smaller things together. lots of cute toys! the yellow one is his favorite, yummy gourmet fish snacks, catnip bubbles(which i'd never heard of before)

a close up of the most beautiful cat toy ever made!

butters favorite item: a cat nip play mat. he rolled around and drooled on this for hours last night. i got some pictures but their really dark. i might post them later. butters' favorite toy colors are pink and green(not mine) and he just loves this mat.....seriously, i've never seen him behave the way he did last night

and a beautiful cat tunnel. butters is currently scared of it, but as i put treats, toys and cat nip in it, he'll get over it i'm sure. pictures dont do this justice, it is very luxurious!

thank you again santacruzsugar!

i love personal swaps. i'm looking to swap my art or paper crafts for some re-usable fabric snack bags, fabric sandwich wraps, fabric paper towels, glass pendants, ephemera, or art books.

You are very welcome....I figured if toys or nip or treats got put in the tunnel, then he might investigate. Gale loves burrowing, so I figured other cats might also, and I found the pattern in an Amy Butler kit I bought myself for Christmas.

The cat nip bubbles were one of the things we sold at the ridiculously overpriced pet boutique I worked at, and I got some once for Gale, and I figured if I just soaked catnip in bubble mix, it would come out just the same. I tried them on her before I packaged them up for you, and she was way more into the homemade ones. Hopefully Butters will also like them! and if not...bubbles are always fun for people!  Grin

I'm glad you like everything!

As soon as I finish my chore to-do list, I will post pictures of Gale enjoying her new toys!

great job! i wish i was that creative i would have stole some peacock feathers from my sister since she has like 10 pet peacocks and the cats always steal my feathers and run and growl with them in there mouths lol

I am not in this swap but I was just wondering how you made the catnip blanket? Did you just sprinkle the catnip between layers before sewing? I would love to try to make one myself.

this picture came out so dark that you couldnt see anything, so i tried using photobuckets pic editer to fix it. now you can see, but its still poor quality......butter is holing the corner in his paw and rubbing his face on it!

Here are some pictures of the great toys Morglanc sent me/Gale....

she said a few where store bought, but other than the feathery one on the stick, I'm not sure which other one was!

All out of the packaging and on the floor (which I now realize is very dirty and needs to be vacuumed...)

My favorite is the fishlike one and the little tree.

Gale coming over to investigate....

First choice goes to the red candy one...but I did find the tree on the other end of the living room a few hours later.

Thanks partner!

and here is a quick one of Gale investigating the kitty tunnel prior to packaging
