I was inspired by **~Glitter Bubbles~**'s skirts, because they are gorgeous ! (see here :http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=305622.0)
And so i decided to make my own, but i didn't want exactly the same (anyway, i wouldn't have been able to ^^)
It was... long and painful, but i finally did it  Grin

The pictures (hum sorry, my room is *a little bit* messy)

But i was thinking of the first and second layer (with ribbon. They are 5 layers, 3 in tulle), maybe i will shorten it a bit... Like in this pic' (i took it before sewing, it was just pinned) :

Is there a way to do it without taking off everything, and sew it all again ?

To take things apart you should only need a stitch ripper which can be bought in any craft store. Just be very careful you don't "rip" in to the netting or edging. Wink Good luck. It's a very pretty color and adorable!
