Eliea - You may want to check the cereal/oatmeal aisle at your grocery store, if you haven't already.  That's where I always find wheat germ. Smiley
I've checked everywhere. But I can always check again!

I've always made granola on a cookie sheet--never thought about making it in a crockpot!  Thanks for sharing!  looks yummy!

I finally had large enough chunk of free time to make this, and my house smelled wonderful all afternoon! Even though I stirred often, it came out a bit burnt, but it may be because I used my old, smaller crockpot. The next time, I'll try it it my newer and larger crockpot.

I substituted sunflower seeds for the nuts (allergic), and the next time, I may need to add them in a bit later, since they were what burned the most.

Fortunately, I don't mind slightly burnt, and it gives my yogurt an extra nice crunch Wink

Thanks so much for sharing the recipe!

So, I have homemade yogurt in the CP right now, and tomorrow it will be granola!  This looks so good!  I can't wait to make it.  I really need to get a 2nd crockpot.   Smiley

Thank you so much for the recipe! My oven is broken, so I've been looking for no-bake recipes, and this one's great! I love using my crockpot. I just put the granola in, actually. Can't wait until it's done! Instead of blueberries, i used a combination of dried dates, raisins, and dried cranberries. I used more honey, vanilla, and cinnamon, so it should be pretty sweet! Yum.

Thank you thank you thank you! I made this for my kids a few nights ago and it is FABULOUS! The house smelled so good while it was cooking, and the kids couldn't wait to eat it. The recipe is so simple and delish! I made mine with blueberries, sunflower seeds and slivered almonds  NUMMY! I'm going to make more this afternoon.

p.s.  just to let you know how yummy my kids think this is ... they picked the granola over Lucky Charms for breakfast this morning!  The 7yo doesn't eat anything BUT Lucky Charms lol
