I just finished the last of 5 afghans for my sisters and my Mother.  Four were crocheted and one knitted. They are not presents for any particular holiday or event, I just have a lot of free time and needed to use up a lot of yarn.  The crocheted ones are  made of Red Heart.  All were my faves as I was making them, but I'm not sure which is my fave now that I'm done. With the exception of the Prairie Star, I created the pattern or modified an existing pattern.

Shocked  You make some great afghans.  They're all amazing but I really like the first one.  Really cool pattern.  The Prairie Star looks like a quilt in the small picture.

Good job!   Smiley

Wow!!  They are all just so beautiful.  Your mom and sisters are very lucky that you are so talented and generous!  It would be very hard for me to part with any of them  Smiley

Freaking amazing!!!!!   I love all of them but the prairie star is my favorite, it looks like a sunflower.

The prairie star one is fantastic. I'm just doing my first afghan after about a year of crocheting, so I totally respect the amount of time and effort it had to take to make those! Amazing work!

Wow! I really admire your work. I would think afghans would be so much work, but you did an amazing job!

Wow!! I ordered yarn a few days ago to start a new afghan, if it comes out half as good as yours I'lll be thrilled! The star one is so beautiful, it's kind of vintage looking, I love it.
