Haha, I hope you do make it. Smiley And I like the idea of making it a huge rectangle like an actual blanket. Much more cuddle worthy. :p

I never thought of doing them out of granny squares!  How simple and brilliant!  The work that goes into doing a huge afghan like that is amazing.  LOVE IT!

Yeah, I never considered granny squares either until I saw the Raccoon Mario blanket. I origonally was just gunna make ugly solid squares. D:

Thanks so much an I'm very glad he likes it. I'm not really sure how BIG the squares were, but I used a J-hook and did three rounds, if that's helpful. Smiley
