okay i didn't really sweat, bleed, or cry but I almost passed out from the E6000 fumes! They're not kidding when they say to do this in a well ventilated area  Tongue

I present to you guys my cell phone case that I am absolutely obsessed with!!! Watching rupaul's drag race has brought out the gaudy queen in me, if i could i would glitterfy and bejewel everything I own, but for now my case will do.

I ordered a clear case for my evo off ebay then I painted the inside part with these two glitters. I did like 3 coats and then i did one coat of the purple. Let me know if you guys are interested in the names. I did these because I wanted a "background" for the jewels and the cheap cases on ebay were either black or clear so I went with the clear.

the glitter looks very subtle in this picture but trust me it's not!

if anyone tries this, please wait at least 48 hours to put the case back on otherwise this will happen! I think it looks kinda cool but some people are weird about that stuff.

then I just used E6000 to glue all these jewels and figurines on it. I ordered them from this website: http://fullmoon07xxx.ocnk.net/
the girl that runs it has THE CUTEST things and updates all the time. I think with shipping it was $13. It is based in Japan so I don't know if she is still running it or what's going on  Undecided I emailed her yesterday to see if everything is alright so hopefully she answers soon.

thanks for looking!

That is awesome!! I have been complaining about the case choices for the evo (they are all so plain)... I have found really cool ones on ottor box's website just to find out they make them for every phone but the evo Sad. Long story short, I can't believe I didn't think of just changing a clear one myself! Thanks for the ideas!

This is fantastic!  Love love love it!!

I always joke that I'm a drag queen with girl parts :x

Side question: I am looking to get the EVO.  How do you like it?  Do you have to pay for 4G each month?

Also, did you just place the large pieces first and fill in, or did you lay it all out beforehand?

Thanks everyone! Cheesy

Sultrykitten: I know they have such boring stuff for the evo! I don't get it its such a popular phone, maybe its because its new...

Alixianervosa: I love my phone! I had a blackberry before but I have to say I love the evo. I dont know much about the plan because my parents deal with that but I think you do pay something extra. The only thing is that its super fast in 4g zones which aren't everywhere so sometimes its just average speed AND the battery life could be longer but you win some you lose some hehe . And yes I laid the bigger pieces down first Smiley

Yay!  Bought my EVO and a clear case (and a skin and a second clear case and a purple case Tongue) and I bought a hard pink case to make one for my friend's iPhone.  She's a Disney freak so I got a bunch of the Mickey and Minnie pieces.  I have no idea what mine is going to look like, but I'm excited to play around!
