Ok, So I made this charm for a necklace back in early fall.  but I couldn't risk posting it in case my sister saw, as it was a Christmas gift for her.  She is a kindergarten teacher, so I knew her kids would get a kick out of it, and she also adores Children's books, including and especially The Very Hungary Caterpillar

It was made out of polymers clay, and I just mixed different greens and created marble balls and squished them to create the effect.  I also worte about it on my blog.  But it is essentially the same Tongue Enjoy!

I also just looked up in the search to see if anyone else had made anything similar, and it seems that crafster Zachar made a cute little charm bracelet with the Very Hungry Caterpillar and the foods that he chomps through!  If you were interested in my necklace, definitely check hers out!  http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=320925.0

I love it!  She must have loved it too - and it will be popular with the kids too!  I hope she reads it the day she wears the necklace to school.  Except then you will have to make necklaces to match all the books she reads to the kids Cheesy
