My resolution was to try new crafts and to craft more for others. I embroidered three onesies for the baby I nanny for and another onesie for my husband's co-worker's 'due any day now' baby girl.

For the girl I nanny for, she's getting the Sublime Stitching lotus-esque flower and sugar skull, and the google image coloring book page elephant. The other munchkin is getting the whale. I'm working on another onesie for munchkin, but I ran out of stabilizer. I never really learned embroidery techniques. I just used a backstitch and chain stitch in some places.

BTW, I apologize for the blurry picture. I don't have an SD hookup on my new laptop, so I had to use my camera for the pic.

So fun! I want to get one for my DD (for a Tshirt... she is a huge lover of dolphins!)

Very very cute!! And great job! I was just wondering how and what you use the stabilizer for on onesies?
