sorry crafty Dame I meant to answer your question about the pictures but got carried away over the book!
The pictures are off my computer and covered with vinyl then sewn onto the bag. The two largest pcitures are actually made into pockets. It was cool because I got to use up some charcoal grey beads I've had for a number of years that came off a black knitted sweater that I caught on a tree and it started to ravel. SO I took the beads off and kept them for a long time. So I outlined the pictures with these beads.

Gosh, I just have a cheapie digital my parents got me a couple of years ago for Christmas.  Olympus D-390.  Compared to all the cameras out today it's a piece of crap.  But it works well enough for me.

And about the book.  It is absolutely amazing.  I have always been really into clothes so for my birthday in grade 10 or something, my mom got me these 2 books.  The bags one and A Century of Shoes.  They are both so cool.  And I have so much fun getting inspiration from all the vintage accessories.  They area definitely great to have.

Isn't it fab!! I'm so lucky.  I can fit a ton of stuff inside too.
The ribbon straps make it so girly.  It's my new favorite.

Wow your bag looks so feminine and beautiful!
Are the flowers made from organza ribbon?
