I made this for the Fairy Godmother Swap, and it has just arrived! (Sadly a little worse for the PO treatment it received, but hopefully repairable!)

I imagine a fairy godmother would be a bit of a hoarder, never throwing anything useful away. Being so busy that she would find it difficult to keep track of everything. I think this is the kind of godmother cabinet that would provide solutions to all manner of problems. Grin

Useful things inside, including Godmother Guild (GG) things.

This cabinet was so much fun to make, and hard to send off! Cheesy

It really is the most magical and glorious thing ever. I love every little bit of detail... the wee candle, the little vials, the tiny book, the teeny purse, for goodness sake Phizzy even made a logo for the GG!!! It's the most fanstastical thing and I love it to bits Smiley

It's awesome. Phizzy I'd love to have a book with just photo's of your altered art, or even giant prints to hang on the wall...they're so amazingly detailed and interesting.

i love personal swaps. i'm looking to swap my art or paper crafts for some re-usable fabric snack bags, fabric sandwich wraps, fabric paper towels, glass pendants, ephemera, or art books.

Wow, thanks everyone for such lovely comments! Smiley

morglanc, I've altered a stool before (the one in my profile), and a little cabinet, but that's about it really. I mainly alter smaller things. I'd love to have a go at our dining room table, but I don't think my bloke would approve! Cheesy
