My sister is in her first year of nursing and I guess she haphazardly throws her stethoscope into her backpack when she's not using it... worried about it getting damaged she asked me to make her a bag/pouch for it. So I decided to make it as a Christmas gift. I came across some Amy Butler fabric in the local fabric store and had to purchase it for just this project. I hope she likes it and I hope the dimensions are correct... I shall soon find out. She's back from visiting her husband in the UK today so I'll probably see her tomorrow.  Cheesy

That is really cute. I would make my mom one but she would probably just lose the whole bag, instead of just losing her stethoscope.  Smiley

Oh I need one of those. I use one sometimes at work, and we used to all share one, but I guess it was decided that was gross or something, so now we each have our own. I tend to haphazardly toss mine in my over crowded locker at the end of the day cause I can't seem to contort it back into it's box.

You did a really nice job of this. I'm sure your sister will love it.

Too cute - great fabric choice, and the applique is perfect! I'll bet she loves it.

Aww, thanks you guys. I can't wait to give it to her...
I had a lot of fun with this one 'cause I love the fabric and not to mention that I have this obsession with felt and button appliqus!  Wink
