I want to make some trail/plant identification signs.  I would like to print the information on heavy cardstock and then seal them on wood or stone. Does anyone know a product that would do this?  It would have to dry clear and be weatherproof..Thanks...

Not sure what glue you'd use to affix the cardstock to the wood/stone--but once they're attached, try five coats of polyurethane.
