I just got her embossing kit! I was too cheap to buy the heat gun though so I "borrowed" Grandpa's heat gun from the garage!
I think I finally have inspiration for my shrine!

This was the first I've heard of Martha Stewart glitter (I live a sheltered life) and of course I immediately had to check it out. Holy cow! I see why nobody blinks at spending $23 on MS glitter - it's irresistible! And pricey, too, which is always a dangerous combination. Just seeing the jar of Lapis Lazuli Fine Glitter makes me want it! I wonder who carries it here in Canada... probably the dreaded Walmart.

Better watch out, morglanc, you're likely to get "glued and glittered" (beats tar and feathers!) for writing that here.  Cheesy

I'm not a huge fan of glitter either, but I do love my Martha set. And it's starting to grow on me. I just made a glittery mask. The glitter helped it tremendously. The other thing I love about that Martha glitter is the glitter glue in the applicator tube. You can make the nicest, finest line of glue with that thing.

How is everyone's matchbox coming along? I can't wait until posting day!

I always like to put my stuff on a large sheet of white paper, and use natural light if possible. Also, make sure you use the macro setting on your camera so the photo isn't blurry.

My matchbox is halfway done because I want the inside to be "correct" even though I will probably just have to take artistic license. But I spent my night highlighting and comparing diagrams >< I just HAD to pick one of my favorite things so I could angst over it.
