I'm so excited I finished all the projects for other things done sooner then expected so now I can start on this swap later today. I'm not sure exactly what I'm doing but I have a plan. I'm so excited to get some more handspun yarn.

I think you're right!  Cheesy  You need some of my "thick and thin" before I get good at this spinning thing!!! Cheesy  I spent an hour with my wheel today!  It was fun.  I have been spinning some wool from lapoli in her colorway "Sherwood Forest!"  I'm setting the twist right now!  It's still not thin enough, though -- drafting is HARD!!! I have gotten better at treadling, though, so I'm not putting in too much twist MOST of the time.  Cheesy

OI!   YES  I need your thick and thin!!!  I spun up 2 oz of thick and thin, then plied with thread .... then I spun up 2 - 2 oz of  fingering and plied together ....  got more than 3 X the yarn with the 2 - 2 oz (finish weight is worsted) than I did with the thick/thin.

I do love to knit up knobby hats and scarves with the thick & thin but I also love the 'standard' yarns too!!
