i am trying to get better about informing the internet when i make things. i had two whole days home alone, so i did some math...

7 fat quarters + 1 dear friend (having baby + live in manhattan) =

(sorry for photo quality; the colors are better in the real world)





there are some flappy doors for the baby to play with.

and the back, made from scraps

That's awesome!  How big is it?  And it looks like it has flaps... Do they open to anything fun?

It's approximately 30 inches X 48 inches. And it does have flaps: doors on many of the apartment buildings. I was going put little letters on hearts to spell the baby's name out underneath the doors, but they aren't deciding on one until she's born, so i just left them blank. I thought about going back and adding some surprise treats, but i wanted to get it in the mail. if i did it again, i'd put something there. i love those little surprises. thanks again for looking!
