Oh I love those! Gorgeous sunrise/set sky, just beautiful. I think I have some photos that look like that... Is that dill weed in the second? One of my faves. And echinacea too, nice!

no idea what type of plants are in the second one. The are just plant sihouettes stamped again and again.

It's amazing what happens when you ignore a board for a few weeks. I will say, I do have a destashing/swap project planned. Now I just need to pull myself away from unpacking the house so I can craft.

Welcome back--hope the move went well!!

When I moved to PA, one of the first things I did was unpack my sewing machine!  It helped to take a break from unpacking to make a little something!

I am finding that the best way for me to destash is to give the stuff that I am no longer interested in to someone else--destashing 3 yards of flannel in a swap!! ha ha

Also, I am going to start teaching sewing classes to a new group of young mothers so I will be able to have them use up all the baby stuff!! YAY!

Mog is super cute!!!

And maris isabel, I love your inchies.  (I always admire you papercrafters!)

I've been pretty silent, but still working away on destashing.  Lately, I have been channeling all of my knitting energy into making diaper covers.  It's a terrific way to use up small amounts of wool that I've got laying about my stash.  The leftover wool will be "recycled" into making dryer balls, which will be part of everyone's holiday baskets.

So far, I have three newborn size, one size small.  I am aiming for 4 or 5 for each size.

That was my thought. when it comes to diaper stuff, you always need more. I always used the vinyl covers. Do the soakers keep the outer garments dry?

Here's my latest destash project. I am working on a pattern for something a friend wants to make and figured why not make the prototype out of ok fabric and give it to one of the kids. Why not eh? Uses up fabric from my pile (mountain) and makes them so incredibly happy while I'm at it Wink. Button eyes, fabric nose.

We don't know if it's a monkey or a dog so my little dude named it Mog. Heh.

The first thing I thought of was Hobbs from Calvin and Hobbs, except he is a tiger XD
