I already posted this link in the 50 projects of 2010, but since it was

duh-duh-duh-duh!!! 100% from stash, I'm going to post it here too! (Can you tell I wanna do something Zelda themed next? hehe.... )

The baby hat was just thrown together. I rarely follow patterns much less pay attention enough to make a pattern myself.

Quite jealous of the others who've managed to get some de-stashing done already.  I've just spent the past couple days staring at piles of yarn and searching for my size 7 needles...

I've somehow managed to lose my size 7 needles in my Options set and my Denise set.  Haven't seen them for months.  Cry

As for destashing, I started knitting Marnie MacLean's Assets of Evo on Sunday to use up three balls of Elann Esprit.  I knew if I tried to knit socks, I'd only finish one and the other would never get finished.  Embarrassed  Plus, these will make comfy sleep shorts.

I'm working on making a baby jumper for a friend who's due any day now with some baby yarn I inherited from my Grandma at the moment. Will post pictures when it's done Smiley I had a dream about knitting it last night which I think definetley means I've been working too hard.

I completed my first project of the year on Sunday using 1/2 a skein of stashed yarn.  I still need to get a picture, but I love my new hat.  I have another one started for a swap using stashed yarn as well.

I am doing my 50 projects with stuff I have...so far, I have used up about 8 sheets of Christmas paper, 1/2 of a fat quarter, an old glass, and two or three year old skeins of yarn (2 skeins!)...I just cut out three aprons from stuff in my stash and hope to be done this weekend!

I did clean up my sewing room and plan on working on my paper room...maybe after I recover from the first cleaning!!

You guys are doing great as well!!

I am thrilled to report that I have finished my 1st project! And only did I dip into some coveted fabric that I had been saving (for what?) I also used ribbon from my scrapbooking stash (and boy do I have a stash, I used to be on a design team!)
