Nice Sweater MiLady! You are so cute in your PJ's! If you're like me... I don't get dressed unless I have to these days.

In the destahing realm.. I finished a bag that needs pics taken, ALL stash, and I'm working on a vest in some dark plum damask cotton. But, it's got to have some inset piecing of another fabric. I don't quite have it figured out yet,

but I won't be spending any cash!
If it doesn't work,
 the project from stash
will become
 the project TO TRASH!
My pathetic attempt at poetry.

Those felt blankets are sooo nice!!   I like the shell pattern of the sweater.

haven't really finished any stash buster projects.  Everything seems to be in wip mode.  Somehow at the end, but not quite finished.

I'm also in some kind of funk.  I'm doubting my skills as a crafter.  I think everything I'm making is not good enough.  Ugly.  Not interesting, etc.

I think I'm gonna take a break and try to get back on track.

I think we all get into crafting funks...sometimes a break is good to recharge and get reinspired...just remember that on such a huge site as this, there are various ages and experience and skill sets...I think as long as you are doing something creative, you are ahead of the game...and we all learn from each project!

Don't get discourgaged, momcuella! You will find that we are very supportive of you!

milady--your lavender shell sweater made it!! I can see so many things to wear that with! We all knew that you would win over the evergrowing stash of lavender yarn!!

onegroovyday--the fabrics you used for your pads are so pretty!  Might as well make that time of month as nice as possible!! Great job!

I adore these mitts from two pages back ..did you come up with the pattern yourself? They look like something I could do if somebody pointed me in the right direction.

And I should probably join your destash-along.. I'm horrible with pictures, but today I used up some of my tons of felt and fabric I'm hoarding (along with the yarn) and made something - a hanging pouch for our remote controls and a felt-covered box with holes to hide most of the awful mess all those cables from our TV/computer desk... destashing _and_ getting organised. I'm proud of myself today!

Its a really well written pattern and very easy assuming you can count (I often fail at this, as evidenced by the fact that one mitt is slightly larger than the other...).  There's a Norwegian copy of the pattern, and English if you scroll down far enough.
