I get so frustrated when my wire wrapping doesn't match because of the slightest change in where I did the loop. Is there a noodle nose plier out there that has notches or painted on lines to measure the gauge? I suppose the notches could scratch the wire but lines would help..I could figure a way to repaint them if I saw how it was done.

I know some companies sell "looping" pliers, like Fusion beads as these:

Otherwise, maybe using a bit of painters tape or a sharpie on your roundnose pliers to mark your spot? That is what I do haha Smiley

Those pliers look interesting. I have thought of tape but I like to vary the loop size according to the size of the beads..and I don't want my pliers covered in sticky stuff over time. I may attempt to use markers.

Wire wrapping pliers have little steps to keep the wire in place.
